  1. Mix gram flour.semolina..oil..salt red chilly.sugar..curd and mix..add water and make semi thick batter
  2. Divide batter in 3 parts...in 1 part add. eetroot crush and mix...if need add water...not too thick batter
  3. In other part add spinach puree...
  4. In rest part add. veggies
  5. If needed add water...batter should not be so thick
  6. Rest it for 5 minutes
  7. Grease a microsafe bowl...now take a big microsafe bowl...place water 1/4 in it...
  8. Put in microwave for 2 minutes on high power...meanwhile..open eno and put in in small quantity in all 3 batters
  9. Now pour all 3 mixture s randomly in greased bowl...and make design with toothpick
  10. Place a stand in big microsafe bowl...o. this stand put greased bowl and cover big bowl by lid
  11. Now cook for 4 mi ute..or untill toothpik come out clean
  12. Now make tadka...take a pan...add oil...mustard seeds...grren chilly...curry leaves...salt.sugar and water and cook till sugar dissolve...add lemon juice...and off flame... cool it down
  13. Both dhokla and tadka should be cool...pour tadka on dhokla...cut in pieces and serve
