- 200 grams Cubed paneer
- 1/2 cup Cubed onion
- 1/2 cup Cubed deseeded tomato
- 1/2 cup Cubed Capsicum
- For marinating :-
- 1/2 cup Hung curd
- 2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1 pinch Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Tandoori masala
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 2 tsp Kasuri methi powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt - As required
- 1 tbsp Mustard oil
- For gravy :-
- 1/2 cup Chopped onion
- 1/2 cup Chopped tomato
- 1 tbsp Cashew paste
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/4 cup Liquid milk
- 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi powder
- 1/2 cup Fresh cream
- Salt - As required
- 4 tbsp Refined oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions to make to make Paneer Tikka Masala:-
- Combine the all ingredients for the marinate and whisk well.
- Add paneer cubes, onion cubes, tomato cubes and capsicum cubes
- Keep aside for 1 hour.
- Thread the marinated paneer, onion, tomato, capsicum cubes onto skewers.
- Heat oil on a tawa and place the skewers on it.
- Fry until both the sides are brown.
Heat oil in a pan. - Add chopped onion and saute till browned.
- Add chopped tomato till it becomes tender and pulpy.
- Add garlic paste, cashew paste, salt, Cumin-coriander-red chilli powder, cook till the oil separates.
- Add kasuri methi powder, garam masala, milk and cream and cook for sometime.
- Add paneer-onion-tomato-capsicum cubes and stir gently.
- Add butter before serving.
