  1. Cut paneer into small cubes and marinate them by tossing them with chilli powder,salt and lemon juice.Let them rest for half an hour

  3. When it cools down,grind into a powder.This will be our fresh kolhapuri masala.
  4. Shallow fry marinated pander cubes till they turn brown.
  5. Add oil in a pan,saute onion,ginger garlic paste and then add tomato puree.
  6. Add freshly made kolhapuri masala and salt.
  7. Add half a cup of curd
  8. Let the gravy cook on low to medium flame and then add capsicum
  9. Add in shallow fried paneer cubes
  10. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with chapati.
