  3. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tsp haldi dhanya powder
  5. 1/4 tsp garam masala
  6. 1 tsp lemon juice/ amchur powder
  7. 1 tsp saunf / fennel seeds
  8. salt as per taste
  9. chat masala as per taste
  10. 2 tsp oil for moyan
  11. 1 tsp oil for seasoning the masala / tadka
  12. 1/2 tsp rai / mustard seeds
  13. 1/2 tsp jeera / cumin seeds
  14. 2-3 green chillies
  15. 1/4 bowl chopped coriander
  16. 1 bowl whipped curd
  17. as needed teekhi chutney
  18. as needed meethi chutney

Steps to make to make Matar kachori

  1. Crush green peas /hare matar ke dane coarsely in mixie with two to three green chillies or as per taste... Then in a kadhai... Heat one tsp oil... Add rai jeera... Crushed green peas... Then add masalas... Red chilli powder haldi dhanya powder garam masala lemon juice or amchur powder as per choice....
  2. Then mix well and make the mixture dry
  3. When it is nearly done add chopped coriander leaves and salt and saunf and make the masala
  4. You can add little chat masala for enhancing the taste
  5. For cover take one cup wheat flour and sieve finely and your homemade maida is ready
  6. Add the oil and salt and bind medium atta
  7. Make the kachoris and fry in hot oil on medium to slow flame
  8. Serve the yummy kachoris garnished with curd and teekhi and meethi chutneys and relish 😄😄😄😄
